+ WHERE ARE YOU CANDLES MADE?
Our candles are all hand poured inside of our studio located in Atlanta, GA.
+ WHAT ARE KRUSHED VELVET CANDLES MADE OF?
Our candle collection is made with our coconut wax blend, flat cotton wicks and our exclusively fragranced oils. That’s right: just wax, wicks and fragrance.
+ HOW DO I CARE FOR MY PRODUCT?
We know candles need care too! All of our candles have care instructions on the base of our ivory vessels. Candle care instructions can also be found at: www.krushedvelvetstudio.com/candle-care
+ CAN I RECYCLE MY EMPTY JARS?
Of Course! Discard any remaining wax & wick, wipe the inside of your candle jar with a warm, wet cloth and soap, and come up with something creative for its next use.
+ DO YOU HAVE PRODUCT SAMPLES?
We do not offer samples. We try to provide vivid descriptions of our fragrances. If you feel you are still unsure of what will work best for you, email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can help you to make your final selection(s).
+ HOW DO I BECOME A RETAILER?
We would first like to say thank you for your interest in carrying our products. We are always looking for brick and mortar establishments to partner with. Email us at: email@example.com to begin the process. Be sure to include your name, establishment name & location, retail tax ID number and any details you would love to share with us about your store (pictures, website, etc.) We will respond within 3-5 business days. (include once we have several retailer locations: All new inquiries will be carefully reviewed to ensure we are a good match and there is a respectful distance from our existing retail stores.)
+ WHERE DOES KRUSHED VELVET CANDLES SHIP TO & HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING USUALLY TAKE?
We currently only ship to the United States, its territories and APO Boxes. Our packages are sent via the US Postal Service & UPS. Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number to follow the package’s progress. The majority of our orders ship within 2-3 business days, but depending on the size and type of order, shipping may take up to 5-10 business days.
+ HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE?

+ I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT, HOW CAN I FIX THIS?
Email us at: email@example.com with your order number and if we haven’t dispatched your order, we will update your correct shipping address so that your order will make itself to you, safe and sound.
+ WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
Merchandise that is sent in error or is damaged/defective may be returned for a replacement or your purchase refunded. We will cover all costs related to the return and replacement of said items. We must be notified of defective or damaged product within 5 days of delivery and we will be more than happy to resolve any issues.
